Joris Rühl Toile

In this solo concert, Joris Rühl invites us to follow him in a sonic trip towards striking and tiny surprises, hypnotic metamorphosis, slow aerial acrobatics.

Keeping a craftsman’s relationship to his instrument, made of handicrafts that he meticulously shapes and polishes, he unfolds a music that at times follows the crease of writing, and at times explores the one of improvisation. For this show, he works with light engineer Manon Lauriol who creates a sober and precise “darkening”.
