In five short films the UNITED SOUNDS OF AMERICA explores the breadth and breath of the American landscape via the journey of a double-bassist who reminds us all to breathe. From the cliffs of Big Sur to the cornfields of Iowa, Grip redefines America and takes the bass where no bass has gone before.

The Unites Sounds of America has been screened at the NY and LA independent film festival and the Art-Flow festival Hagenfesten during 2006.
