UM-LIVE

Umlaut loves alive music.

We work intensely with booking live shows for our artists. This is important, and we're continously seeking for new forms of performing and meeting people. We all need live music. The record is good for getting into a mood you already know you like/dislike, for remembering a feeling as well as for promoting and selling something already made, something dead in a ladelled beauty box. Maybe you find it strange for a record label to write this, but don't be scared, it's just our truth. Simply put, we want to promote the moment when the music is being made - the creative milliseconds of a live performance -, somewhere between two ears. With our records you can re-listen to the moment. And hopefully, when you buy our records, we'll be able to pay our ways to come and play live concerts alive in front of you.

On this page you'll find information about upcoming tours with Umlaut artists.

March 20th: Jon Birkolz Trio, Release concert at An Die Musik, Baltimore, USA.
